White Stone Oyster Company uses a proprietary method to grow, nurture, and harvest our premium oysters.

Nothing affects the quality and flavor of an oyster more than it’s habitat. That’s why we raise or oysters at the surface of the water, where the Chesapeake Bay meets the mouth of the Rappahannock River, and where food density is highest and water quality is purest.

The result is an ideal habitat that, coupled with our unique growing method, allows us to cultivate a plump, high quality oyster with well-balanced flavor that can be enjoyed year-round.
