Ingredients:
- Smoked Salmon
- Smoked Mussels
- Smoked Scallops

- Pickled Red Onions
- Pickled Eggs
- Pickled Beets
- Pickled Radishes

To save money and enjoy fresh, bright vegetables we recommend pickling them yourself. It’s incredibly easy to do. Follow along with this recipe.
Once you’re done pickling and a ready to serve, arrange your ingredients how you see fit on a large cutting board or serving platter. You can also add fresh cucumbers, avocado, peppadew peppers or tomatoes. That’s the beauty of the charcuterie board- dress it based on flavors you like, the theme of your party, or what you have in your pantry.
Serve with toasted baguette, crackers, warmed tortillas, bagels or anything other crusty bread.
