Get Crabby! Check Out WSOC’s Crab Offerings
We’re proud to now offer both soft and hard-shell crabs based on availability. These crabs are harvested by fourth generation watermen from the same waters as our oysters. To make it easy for you, they’re cleaned, and ready to be cooked!
All crabs are packaged and shipped on frozen gel packs for maximum freshness.
What are softshell crabs?
Softshell crabs are crabs that have molted (shed their hard shell). If caught within 12 hours of shedding, the crabs are very soft, so soft that they can be cooked and eaten whole, claw to claw.
